Quick Sheets Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Quick Sheets for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must use the service in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Quick Sheets provides software for Shopify merchants and their customers to create, manage, and prepare custom print designs and gang sheets. Galactice International LLC provides the software service; the merchant remains responsible for its products, prices, production, fulfillment, returns, customer service, and relationship with its customers.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure. You may connect Quick Sheets to services such as Shopify, Canva, or Dropbox only through accounts and content you are authorized to use. Those services are operated by third parties and remain subject to their own terms and policies.

You retain ownership of artwork, designs, and other content you submit. You grant Galactice International LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, modify, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support Quick Sheets. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit and use the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.

You are responsible for reviewing artwork, dimensions, resolution, color settings, placement, and generated files before purchase, printing, or production. Results may vary based on source files, materials, equipment, settings, and third-party services. Quick Sheets does not replace professional production review or approval.

Fees for merchant use are disclosed through Shopify or another written order or agreement. By approving a charge, the merchant authorizes the applicable billing method. Merchants are responsible for applicable taxes. Purchases by a merchant's customers are transactions with that merchant and are governed by the merchant's sales, payment, refund, and fulfillment terms.

You may not use Quick Sheets to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade usage or security limits, misrepresent your identity or authority, or create content that you do not have the right to use.

We work to keep Quick Sheets available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, change, or discontinue features. When reasonably practical, we will provide notice of material changes that adversely affect active merchant use.

You may stop using Quick Sheets at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, security risk, platform requirement, or conduct that threatens Quick Sheets or its users. Data after termination is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable platform obligations.

Quick Sheets, including its software, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by Galactice International LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you only the limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Quick Sheets to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Sheets is provided “as is” and “as available.” Galactice International LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galactice International LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Quick Sheets. Its total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount the affected merchant paid for Quick Sheets during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated terms here and revise the effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
